Exteriors have taken shape at 24 East Santa Clara Street, in Ventura. The project, by The Becker Group, has been titled Mar Y Cel. It will bring 140 new apartments to the area, along with some commercial space and low income housing.
Work is wrapping up at 11 South Ash Street, in Ventura. The project will revitalize a section of main street, restoring the historic Elk Lodge building, and wrapping new condos around the exterior. Matilija Investment Prop is listed as the developer.
