The project will bring multi-family housing, live/work space, and some low income housing to the empty lot, which is sometimes used as overflow parking for the church next door. Telegraph and Day Partners, LLC are listed as the developer for the project, which has been titled, “The Tides.”
Framing is rising at 2200 East Main Street, in Ventura. The project, by Anastasi Development Company, will bring new townhomes and some commercial space to the area. Scott Anastasi Realty is also facilitating the transactions associated with the property.
2170 East Main Street is rising in Ventura. The project, by Stagen Properties, will bring denser housing, along with some ground-floor commercial space, to the area. It has been titled “Villa San Clemente.”
