A new townhome development has been proposed at 2020 South Federal Avenue in the Sawtelle neighborhood of Los Angeles. The project site spans multiple contiguous parcels at 2007-2045 South Colby Avenue, 11556 West La Grange Avenue, and 2020-2024 South Federal Avenue, located just west of the 405 Freeway and a few blocks south of Olympic Boulevard. The site is currently improved with a nursery and accessory structures, all of which are slated for demolition.
Construction activity is nearing completion at 707–721 North Alvarado Street in Echo Park, where a new permanent supportive housing development from SRO Housing Corporation is rising along a prominent neighborhood corridor.
