A new residential project is on the rise at 2223 Clifford Street in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of townhome-style apartments just off of Glendale Boulevard. The townhomes will be built on the site of a 1910s single-family home. Development House is serving as both the architect and developer behind the project.
Roughly since six years of the project being announced, new options are being considered for a mixed-use high-rise complex proposed at 670 Mesquit in the historic Arts District of Los Angeles. Bjarke Ingels and Gruen Associates are responsible for the designs.
University of Southern California is all set to welcome a new addition to its campus as a 116,000 square feet computer science center is starting to rise on the site. Named Dr. Allen and Charlotte Ginsburg Human-Centered Computation Hall, the center is set to open in 2023. The new building replaced a surface parking lot on Downey Avenue just east of Vermont Avenue. HOK is designing the contemporary mid-rise structure.

Pinyon Group is the project developer. KFA Architecture is responsible for the designs.
A mixed-use building has been proposed for development at 7771 West Beverly Boulevard in Fairfax, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering retail and residential spaces. Los Angeles-based development firm Uncommon is the project developer. JZA Architecture is designing the building.
