A new affordable housing project announced its opening in November 2023 of an apartment community at 6715 South Main Street in Florence, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the construction of a four-story building offering 60 affordable housing units along with onsite services and parking. Koreatown-based QDG Architecture is responsible for the designs.
An application for the proposed commercial office building at 1727-1820 East Sacramento Street, Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles has been submitted to the City of Los Angeles Department of City Planning for review. Per the published initial study, the project proposal includes the development of a new 15-story tower offering spaces for office use along with retail, restaurant, and parking uses. For the office tower to rise, three existing warehouses on the site will be demolished. SCD 1811 Sacramento LLC is the project applicant. Perkins&Will is responsible for the designs.

The residential complex also offers onsite supportive services, along with a parking garage with a capacity of 20 vehicles. The residential project offers amenities including a dog park, exercise room, BBQ area, bike storage/parking, technology center, laundry rooms, community room, outdoor courtyards, and administration offices for the manager and staff.
