The project proposal includes the development of a new multi-family housing development offering 28 units. If approved, small on-site apartment buildings built in the 1920s will be demolished in order to make way for the project. Neo Investment Group is the project developer. Del Arch Design Inc is responsible for the designs. GA Engineering is also a part of the project team.
