The eight‑story structure from Lincoln Property Company, designed by local mainstay KFA Architecture, would occupy a mid‑block site just a short walk north of Metro’s E Line terminus at Downtown Santa Monica Station.
Construction is nearly complete on a new mixed-use development at 1650 Lincoln Boulevard in Downtown Santa Monica.
