Harmony Senior Apartments Moving Forward at 11410 W. Burbank Boulevard in North Hollywood

A five-story affordable senior housing development is advancing at 11410 West Burbank Boulevard in North Hollywood, Los Angeles, where Domus Development is moving ahead with construction of the Harmony Senior Apartments. The project, planned on a parcel north of Metro’s North Hollywood Station, will provide 84 homes—83 reserved for low-income seniors and one on-site manager’s unit—funded in part by $8.23 million in HOME program financing approved by the Los Angeles Housing Department. The project team is led by Domus Development through Harmony Senior Apartments, L.P., which also owns the property. KFA Architecture serves as architect of record, preparing the design and permit plans on file with the City.

Revised plans have quietly refreshed the look and feel of the mixed‑income housing complex taking shape at 1640 Fifth Street in Santa Monica, introducing warmer terra‑cotta accents, darker metal panels, and new rooftop plantings after three rounds of Architectural Review Board feedback. The eight‑story structure from Lincoln Property Company, designed by local mainstay KFA Architecture, would occupy a mid‑block site just a short walk north of Metro’s E Line terminus at Downtown Santa Monica Station.
