1621 North McCadden Place is taking shape, in Hollywood. The project will bring 69 new micro units to a 7,400 square foot lot. Housing Diversity Corporation, out of Seattle, is the developer behind the project.
1717 North Wilcox Avenue has topped out, in Hollywood. The project is by Adolfo Suaya of Suaya Properties. Suaya is a TV host, restaurant, bar and hotel owner behind a few local establishments including Gaucho Grill, Dolce, the Lodge and Osaka.
“Alta Ink” has opened applications to residents at 5750 Hollywood Boulevard, in Hollywood. The project brings 161 new apartments and some retail space to the area, visible from the 101 freeway. Wood Partners are the developers behind the project.
The Hollywood Arts Collective is continuing to rise, at 1630 North Schrader Boulevard, in Hollywood. It is now four stories, over halfway to the full height, which will be seven levels. The anticipated project will bring much needed assistance to creatives in the area by providing low income housing, along with amenities geared towards the arts. The Actors Fund and Thomas Safran & Associates are behind the project.
A new mixed-use project has been proposed at 6336 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering retail and residential spaces with onsite parking and amenities. Plans call for the redevelopment of buildings on the site. Newport Beach-based firm Sares-Regis Group is the project developer. TCA Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
