The project proposal includes the development of a residential complex with commercial space and on-site parking. Los Angeles-based entity Wiseman Residential is the project developer. Uriu & Associates is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

The project proposal includes the development of forty-two apartments that will be appended to an existing building developed by the same developer. West Los Angeles-based developer, California Landmark Group (CLG), acquired the Dunn Drive site in 2018 from Napa Industries for $7 million.

“The Roy,” at 33644 Overland Avenue, has opened in Palms. Anejo Development and Griffin Opportunities collaborated in the development of the site, which used to have several smaller residential buildings. The property is now much denser, with added retail space.
Construction is wrapping up on 3408 South Keystone Avenue, in Palms. The project, by Hy-Max Buiding Corp, will provide denser housing to the residential area, as well as some low-income housing. The development replaced two duplexes and a single-family home.
