A new residential project has been planned for development at 717 Lyon Street in Santa Ana. The project proposal includes the development of 51 townhomes Orange County-based homebuilder Warmington Residential is the project developer. KTGY Architecture + Planning is responsible for the designs.
A new mixed-use project has been proposed for development at 7115 Van Nuys Boulevard in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story mixed-use building offering retail and residential spaces. A pair of restaurants on the site could be razed and redeveloped with the mixed-use building. Benjamin Golshani of VNB, LLC is the project applicant. Khorramian Group Architects is designing the apartment complex.

The project proposal includes the development of a residential high-rise and a four-story luxury hotel. The project site currently houses a three-story office building and a parking lot. Los Angeles-based Sandstone Properties Inc is the project developer. WATG (Wimberly, Allison, Tong & Goo) is the project architect.
