“The Rise,” at 1331 North Cahuenga Boulevard in Hollywood, has started pre-leasing. The project is by Rescore. It will bring 369 new apartments to the area and 2,872 square feet of commercial space.

The project is a joint venture between ELK Development and Sixty West, which have secured funding worth $41.1-million. OfficeUntitled is managing the design concept and construction.
The Los Angeles City Planning Commission has approved a new high-rise apartment tower at 514-550 South Shatto Place & 3119 West 6th Street in Koreatown. The project proposal consists of an apartment tower featuring 367 residential units, office space, retail space, and on-site parking. Canadian real estate firms Townline and Forme Development are invested in the project. Gensler is managing the design concept and construction.
New apartments are coming to Echo Park. They will be located along a busy street, at 1750 North Glendale Boulevard. Aragon Properties Corporation is the developer. The exterior of the site is nearly finished.
New apartments have been unveiled at 3160 West Riverside Drive in Silverlake, Los Angeles. The site used to be a gas station and required environmental remediation before the developer, Bolour, could begin construction. The building will increase density in the area through low-income housing incentives. Some renderings refer to structure as “The Lark.”
