Newport Beach-based firm, R.D. Olson Construction is the project developer invested in the project. Knitter Partners International Inc is managing the design concept and construction.

The Cumulus project, at 3321 La Cienega Boulevard, has partially opened in West Adams. Carmel Partners is the developing company for the site, which was purchased in 2016. The location offers views encompassing the Pacific Ocean and the Hollywood Sign and has the tallest structure in the region.
An application has been submitted to the Los Angeles Planning Commission, proposing the development of a new apartment complex at 121 West 3rd Street, Downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a fifteen-story apartment building with modular apartments replacing an on-site parking lot. The development requires the approval of Density Bonus Incentives to permit increased height and floor area, as well as a reduction in required automobile parking.
Los Angeles-based firm, Relevant Group, is the project developer. Gensler is managing the design concept and construction.
