Work has stalled at 6569 North Van Nuys Boulevard. The project is by Ketter Group, a company that offers full-service design, construction, and development. The ground was expected to break in the second quarter of 2020. The Van Nuys site previously housed a couple of small commercial buildings, which have since been demolished.
“Vanowen View” is wrapping up work at 14639 & 14645 Vanowen Street, in Van Nuys. The project will bring denser housing, and a couple of affordable housing units, to the area. Exclusive Development LLC is behind the project, which consists of two, nearly identical buildings placed next to each other.
6600 Van Nuys Boulevard has topped out. Kitvan is the developer behind the project, which will bring denser housing as well as more ground-level commercial space to Van Nuys. The new development is replacing a small commercial building.
