The application for a multifamily complex located at 635 Los Angeles Avenue, in Moorpark, has been approved. The project will bring 63 new units to the popular stretch of the city. Ketter Group is behind the design, which has been given the name “Green Island Villas.”
Work is finishing up at 5245 Santa Monica Boulevard, in East Hollywood. The project, by Petros Tagylan of Taglyan Commercial, will bolster residential and commercial space in the area. The site connects with Virginia Avenue.
4531 West Hollywood Boulevard, in East Hollywood, is nearing the finish line. The project, by Chandler Partners/Hollyhill Developers of Burbank, was expect to wrap up and the end of last year, but appears delayed. It is currently preleasing. When completed, it will bring 202 units with core and shell only retail to the irregular shaped lot.
5627 Fernwood Avenue is at mid height, in Hollywood. It has been titled “Ardence and Bloom.” The project, by PATH Ventures, will bring 60 new units to the area, all of which will be low income housing. The triangular site is adjacent to the Hollywood Freeway.
A cutting edge, 22 story office building is in the works for 6061 West Sunset Boulevard, in Hollywood. Titled “The Star,” it will replace a few smaller structures along Sunset Boulevard and Harold Way. Mayer Brown are representing the project.
