Framing has started to rise at 1530 North Cassil Place, in Hollywood, for development by Bond Companies, which has firms in Chicago and Los Angeles. Entitled, “Inspire Hollywood,” the structure is tucked a few plots away from Sunset Boulevard. As part of the Transit Oriented Communities program, it is a short distance from the Red Line.
Jamison Properties has nearly reached structural height at 2880 West James M. Wood Boulevard, also referred to as 900 Vermont street. The building is one of several developments taking place in Koreatown. The property is part of the Transit Oriented Communities incentive program, with the Wilshire/Vermont subway station a couple of blocks away, transporting the purple and red lines.
Construction crews have broken ground for a new residential development at 760 South Serrano Avenue in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The LA-based Jamison Properties Inc is the real estate development company behind the project. They are working with Wilshire Construction to transform what used to be a surface level parking lot.
Construction is well underway at 215 West 14th Street in Downtown Los Angeles. MVE is the architectural firm behind the cascading, glass and concrete design. It has been entitled, “Emerald,” staying on theme with the client, Jade Enterprises, a real estate investment firm.
Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of demolishing the existing industrial-use structures to construct a new commercial-use building at 1639 9th Street, Santa Monica. The project proposal includes constructing a cafe with dog lounges and an artist studio intended to offer pet rescue services and recreational spaces for pets and people alike. Quezada Architecture is managing the design concepts and construction of the commercial project.
