Ground is moving at the corner of Pleasant Valley Road and Lewis Road, in Camarillo. Camarillo Village Homes, LLC is listed as the developer. The mixed use project forms the only commercial section of a larger project that will bring over 300 new homes to the area.
2024 Ventura Boulevard has opened in Camarillo. The project, by Aldersgate Investment, brings 23 low-income housing rentals to the area, as well as revitalizing the downtown stretch with some commercial space. It has been titled, “The Mark.”
New apartments have been approved for 99 South Glenn Drive, in Camarillo. Lustra Development is behind the new plan, which will include some ground floor commercial space, and a couple of low income units. Planning documents refer to the site as “Vista Terraza.”
Las Positas apartments have opened at the corner of Ponderosa Drive and Camino Tierra Santa, in Camarillo. The project, by Fore Property, is an expansion of the developing community located in the West side of Camarillo, just North of the 101 Freeway. The development provides additional rental residences and commercial space to the area, on nearly four acres of land.
A mixed-use project is in the works at 12544-12582 Ventura Boulevard in Studio City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a residential building with commercial space, replacing a series of small commercial buildings on the site. Austin Family Development is the project developer.
