Sawtelle-based firm Wiseman Residential is seeking approvals for developing a new mixed-use development at 10610-10628 West Venice Boulevard in Palms, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use development featuring an apartment complex and restaurant space. The development is said to replace an auto repair shop, a dentist’s office, and four apartments.
“Hana,” is nearly complete at 801 South Berendo Street, in Koreatown. The project is one of many by Jamison Services in the area. It was projected to finish in February of this year, although final touches appear to be lingering. The site will expand both retail and housing in the area.
Community Corp of Santa Monica celebrated the successful groundbreaking of an affordable housing project at 1819 Pico Boulevard in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes constructing a four-story building with residential units, commercial space, and basement parking. The $41-million project has secured generous funding from tax credit equity, a bank loan, and $13.3 million provided by the City of Santa Monica.
“The Rise,” at 1331 North Cahuenga Boulevard in Hollywood, has started pre-leasing. The project is by Rescore. It will bring 369 new apartments to the area and 2,872 square feet of commercial space.
New apartments are coming to Echo Park. They will be located along a busy street, at 1750 North Glendale Boulevard. Aragon Properties Corporation is the developer. The exterior of the site is nearly finished.
