424 North Firmin Street has topped out in Westlake. The project will be made of entirely low-income housing, and increase density in the area. The site was previously two smaller homes. Decro Corporation and Innovative Housing Opportunities are collaborating to bring about the development.
A new residential project has been proposed at 1725-1739 Bronson Avenue in Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of an apartment tower on a vacant property lot. San Francisco-based firm DM Development and Los Angeles-based firm Massachi Industries are developing the project. Steinberg Hart is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
330 North Patton Street is at full height, in Echo Park. The project will bring denser housing to the largely one and two-story residential area. South Park Group is behind the development. The structure is next door to 340 North Patton Street, which was also developed by South Park Group, and recently opened, it is referred to as Patton Tower North. The newer development will be referred to as Patton Tower South.
Concrete is rising at an apartment tower proposed at 696 South New Hampshire Avenue in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a 38 story residential project replacing an adjoining parking lot with a smaller apartment building at the intersection of 7th Street and New Hampshire. Holland Partner Group is the project developer. MVE + Partners is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Permits have been filed for 1349 West 1st Street, in Westlake. The project will bring denser housing, some low income housing, and additional commercial space to the area. Representatives of Eli Elimelech, the property owner, are leading the redesign.
