New residential units have been completed at 11401 North Porter Ranch Drive in Porter Ranch, Los Angeles. The buildings are the second phase of “The Vineyards at Porter Ranch” development by Shapell Properties. The first phase was the adjacent Vineyards shopping center, a $150 million retail entertainment center with many local shopping, dining, and amusement choices. The site is made of ten buildings and a community center, spanning a ten-acre site. The community center is two stories high, and the multifamily residential buildings are three stories. There are approximately 266 residences, consisting of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts.
