After one year of project announcement, a proposed office building makes its way forward at 6101 Melrose Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building offering spaces for retail, offices, and parking uses. Plans call for the demolition of a surface parking lot and a 1920s commercial building on the site. BARDAS Investment Group is the project developer. House & Robertson is responsible for the design concepts.

Exterior finishing has started at 1320 South Flower Street, in Downtown Los Angeles. The project, by Tishbees, will bring a new hotel to the area, close to Metro’s Pico Station and the Los Angeles Convention Center. The site was previously a parking lot.

FMB Development is the developer for the project. A standout feature of the site will be the close location to Pico Station.

1111 Hill Street Tower is gradually progressing towards ground breaking in Downtown Los Angeles. The Sustainable Communities Environmental Assessment for the project was recently published. Crown Group is behind the project, which they intend to complete by 2025, hoping to start work by the end of this year.
