The project proposal includes the development of 27 houses on a site that formerly housed industrial developments on the east side of Central Avenue. Seal Beach-based Olson Company is the project developer.

IKAR has teamed up with Community Corp. of Santa Monica to develop the project. IKAR acquired for $6.9 million in 2020.
