A new residential project has been proposed at 1335 North New Hampshire Avenue in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. A larger project is already under construction next door. Los Angeles-based Golden State Capital Partners, Inc. is the project applicant. After seven years, City Council has finally granted approvals for a car wash redevelopment project proposed at 949 South Figueroa Street in Downtown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of downtown’s most outdated carwash with a high-rise building. City Council approved a master conditional use permit and a transfer of floor area rights agreement for the tower.
Monrovia-based architecture firm Nardi Associates is responsible for the design concepts.

A new residential project has been proposed at 400 East Adams Boulevard in Historic South-Central, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a four-story modular workforce housing project, replacing a car wash and a small restaurant on the site. Beverly Hills-based real investment firm Markwood is the project developer. The developer bought the property for $3 million. AERO Collective and AO have partnered to work on the design concepts.
