“Aspire Northridge” has opened at 9131 Darby Avenue in Northridge, Los Angeles. Located across the street from CSU Northridge, it will bring more housing to students. Nordhoff Darby LLC was listed as the developer, although the Northridge site is managed by LBPM.
The City Planning Commission gives a go-ahead to construct a new apartment complex at 1150 Orange Grove Drive, West Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal consists of the development of a ten-unit apartment building that will replace two single-family homes on the site.
A preliminary application has been submitted to the City Planning Commission seeking the approval of mixed-use development. A multi-family housing with retail space could soon replace the existing commercial buildings in North Hollywood.
“Juliette” recently opened at 11246 West Otsego Street, in North Hollywood. Los Angeles-based LJ Properties is the developer. The residential building will add low-income housing to the central location that has a WalkScore of 94.
An apartment complex at 505 West 31st Street, has reached its successful completion. The project proposes housing options marketed toward students. The complex will offer housing for up to 187 residents. Los Angeles-based firm, Canfield Development has invested and developed the property. HBA Architects is responsible for the design and planning.
