The exterior of 640 South Curson Avenue quickly nears completion. Entitled, “One Muesem Square Apartments,” the project, directly across the street from La Brea Park, has been in development by JH Snyder Company since 2019, with a $96,621,310.00 permit valuation. JH Snyer is a longtime community development company in Los Angeles.
John and Emily Park, representatives of the Park Family Trust, have seized ownership of the property located at 14920 West Ramos Place, Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles. Near schools, shopping areas, restaurants and the Pacific Coast Highway alike this new project is set to be in a prime California location. With the help of Crest Real Estate they aim to create a new and updated living space that will blend in and stick out amongst its surrounding neighborhood.
Construction has started on a mixed-use apartment building with some low-income housing at 6933 West Santa Monica Boulevard, in Hollywood, Los Angeles. Onni Contracting, a Canadian company with projects across North America, is the developer behind the project. They have titled it “MR2 Lofts.” The site used to be 15,000 square feet of commercial space, with a single-level building and automotive storage.
Located in the heart of Koreatown, Orbinvest Capital has gotten the green light to create a new and affordable apartment complex. The building will be within walking distance of both the subway line and bus stops circulating the greater Los Angeles area. When the site is complete, Orbinvest Capital aim to have a welcoming environment that feels new but that is also inspired by the history of the buildings within the city limits.
Permits have been submitted seeking the approval of constructing a five-story residence at 611 N Manhattan Place. The project proposal includes the demolition of the existing structures and construction and maintenance of a multi-family residential building with 14 dwelling units.
