“Alta Ink” has opened applications to residents at 5750 Hollywood Boulevard, in Hollywood. The project brings 161 new apartments and some retail space to the area, visible from the 101 freeway. Wood Partners are the developers behind the project.

Australian real estate and construction firm Aware Super and Lendlease are the project developers. SHoP Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
Creative Artists Agency recently announced that the CAA headquarters will soon be moving to a new location at 1950 Avenue of the Stars in Century City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a high-rise office tower that will serve as CAA’s head office. Nearly after two decades, the proposal is coming to fruition. JMB Realty is the project developer. Bjarke Ingels Group is responsible for the design concepts.
The Hollywood Arts Collective is continuing to rise, at 1630 North Schrader Boulevard, in Hollywood. It is now four stories, over halfway to the full height, which will be seven levels. The anticipated project will bring much needed assistance to creatives in the area by providing low income housing, along with amenities geared towards the arts. The Actors Fund and Thomas Safran & Associates are behind the project.
After a year’s break, a new high-rise residential tower is pushing dirt at 732 South Figueroa Street in Downtown Los Angeles.
