The project proposal includes the development of forty-two apartments that will be appended to an existing building developed by the same developer. West Los Angeles-based developer, California Landmark Group (CLG), acquired the Dunn Drive site in 2018 from Napa Industries for $7 million.

Evolve Realty & Development Corporation is building out the project, according to posted signage.
