Office Building Revamp Progresses At 101 Marengo In Pasadena

A former Bank of America credit card processing facility gets a modern redo at 101 Marengo in Pasadena. The project proposal includes the remodeling of the office building. Built in 1974 by developer McCaslin-Lloyd Investment Co., the structure has been vacant since Bank of America vacated the premises in 2018. Atlas Capital is the project developer. Design firm Rios is responsible for the design concepts.

After five years, a mixed-use project has been given approval for construction at 10801 Venice Boulevard in Palms, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story mixed-use building offering residential and commercial spaces. The new building will replace a burnt-out commercial building. Venice Adventures, LLC is the project applicant. Plus Architects is responsible for the design concepts. The project site is located at the northwest corner of Venice Boulevard and Glendon Avenue.
