The housing complex will be built along the A Line’s right-of-way. It replaced a school bus depot on the site. Meta Housing Corp is the project developer. The Architects Collective is responsible for the designs.

The new project calls for the redevelopment of the 1920s Challenge Cream & Butter Building. British developer Est4te Four Capital is the project developer. New York-based Morali Architects is responsible for the designs.
