10923 West Strathmore Drive has reached full height, in Westwood. The site will consist of two separate buildings that will frame a canyon/courtyard entryway to the site, over a shared basement. 540 Landfair, LLC is developing the property to provide additional housing for UCLA students.

The project proposal includes the construction of single-family small-lot houses on a vacant parcel. North Hollywood-based firm Ace Construction is the developer. Vanos Architects is managing the design concepts and construction. Beverly Hills-based attorney Igor Korbatov is the project applicant.
Rebar is starting to rise at 1855 South Westwood Boulevard, in West Los Angeles. The project, by Jamison Properties, will bring denser housing, as well as a few low-income housing units to the region. The site previously contained a parking lot and auto repair facility.
