The project proposal includes the development of a building offering retails and residential spaces. Plans call for the demolition of commercial buildings located on the site. A new residential project is under construction at 10375 Washington Boulevard in Palms, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building with 139 residences, retail space, and onsite parking. New townhomes have been approved for the Southeast corner of Glenn Drive and Chapel Drive, in Camarillo. Gregory N. Bryant is behind the architectural design. The majority of the buildings will be white in color, with dark brown beams, dark brick red awnings, and metal accents. The look is defined as, “Santa Barbara Style.” It includes elements such as sand stucco finish, clay tile roof, decorative metal rails, decorative cornices, Spanish style ceramic tiles, decorative corbels, fabric awnings, and stone veneer.
