The project has been titled “Sandpiper Apartments,” or sometimes “Sandpiper Building” in some city planning documents. It is located close to Oxnard City Hall and Oxnard Public Library.
A new development has been proposed for 1345 North Oxnard Boulevard, in Oxnard. SVM Development is behind the project, based out of Thousand Oaks, with Mark Ross listed as the primary contact. 142 new residential units are in the proposal.
6940 North Owensmouth Avenue is taking shape, in Canoga Park. The project, is by Meta Housing, a firm that specializes in arranging complex financing structures. It has been titled “Bell Creek Apartments.” All 80 apartments inside will be low income housing. The aim is to provide homes for families and individuals with special needs.
