Framing is rising at 7500 and 7550 Sunset Boulevard, in Hollywood. The project, adopted by Greystar, will bring 236 new units to the area, split between two buildings. The sites are expected to open in 2023.
1621 North McCadden Place is taking shape, in Hollywood. The project will bring 69 new micro units to a 7,400 square foot lot. Housing Diversity Corporation, out of Seattle, is the developer behind the project.
A new residential project has been approved at 1318-1320 4th Street in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the development of a housing complex, replacing a parking garage on the site. EAH Housing is the project developer. VTBS Architects is responsible for the design concepts. The project development team also includes The People Concern, Epstein & Associates, AMJ Construction Management, California Housing Partnership, and The Lynch Group, Inc.
The Hollywood Arts Collective is continuing to rise, at 1630 North Schrader Boulevard, in Hollywood. It is now four stories, over halfway to the full height, which will be seven levels. The anticipated project will bring much needed assistance to creatives in the area by providing low income housing, along with amenities geared towards the arts. The Actors Fund and Thomas Safran & Associates are behind the project.
