The ground is moving at 9502 Van Nuys Boulevard, in Panorama City. The site is staged to become almost entirely low-income housing for domestic violence and sex trafficking survivors in Los Angeles. According to signage posted on the property, it is titled “The Talisa Apartments,” by developers Newport Partners.
An affordable housing project broke ground at 8811 North Sepulveda Boulevard in North Hills, and the project is now taking shape and form. The project proposal includes the development of a residential building featuring 356 income-restricted apartments. Meta Housing Group is the project developer. AC Martin is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
11311 West Chandler Boulevard is at full Height in North Hollywood. The project, by Richman Group, will bring denser housing directly across the street from North Hollywood Station, which is the end of the Red Line. It is also across from the Orange Line busway. Some low income housing is also included in the plans.
Two years after breaking ground, an affordable housing project has cut the ribbon at 2375 West Washington Boulevard in Harvard Heights, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a supportive housing complex for seniors, replacing a surface parking lot between Gramercy Place and Wilton Place. Hollywood Community Housing Corporation is the project developer. Kevin Daly Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
