It would remove the majority of a shopping center to build a four story, 558,100 square foot residential structure on the 6.9 acre site. Norman Eagle is listed as the applicant.

A mixed use development has been approved for 299 East Main Street, in Ventura. Real Investments is the developer behind the project, which, according to their website, is pending sale. The development will bring 24 new units, including four set aside for low-income housing, and 3,900 square feet of commercial space to the only empty lot on the Downtown Core Main Street. It has been titled “Anacapa Courts.”
