A luxury high-rise mixed-use project has been proposed for construction at One & 11 Golden Shore and 400 Ocean Gate in Golden Shore, Long Beach. The project proposal includes the development of a high-rise complex featuring condominiums, a hotel, and commercial space. Existing development totaling approximately 294,003 square feet of office and retail floor area will be removed as part of the project. The Friedmutter Group and The Michael Anthony Group are the project developers. Ark Architects is responsible for the designs.

Pre-leasing Started at 227 North First Street, in Burbank

Pre-leasing has begun at 227 N First Street, in Burbank, according to signage posted on the building. The project, entitled “First Street Village,” is the beginning of the development of the site, which will contain three separate buildings that are rolling out in phases. Del Rey Properties is the developer, with Chandler Partners serving as the project’s general contractor.

107 South Hewitt Street, in the Arts District, Nearly Complete

107 South Hewitt Street, between the Arts District and Little Tokyo, is nearly complete. The project is a collaboration between Boulevard Partners and Bridge Investment Group. The site is a couple of blocks away from LA Union Station, the hub for connections throughout the county. A website, recently launched for the complex, states that the site will be, “Welcoming you home soon,” and offers a simulation of the one site views of Downtown Los Angeles from the upper floors.
