The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story mixed-use building offering residential and retail spaces. Plans call for the demolition of a collision repair center on the site. Downtown-based firm RYDA is the project developer. MVE + Partners is responsible for the design concepts.

A mixed use development has been approved for 299 East Main Street, in Ventura. Real Investments is the developer behind the project, which, according to their website, is pending sale. The development will bring 24 new units, including four set aside for low-income housing, and 3,900 square feet of commercial space to the only empty lot on the Downtown Core Main Street. It has been titled “Anacapa Courts.”

Storage Facility To Offer Apartments At 13260 Maclay Street, Sylmar, Los Angeles
