Las Positas apartments have opened at the corner of Ponderosa Drive and Camino Tierra Santa, in Camarillo. The project, by Fore Property, is an expansion of the developing community located in the West side of Camarillo, just North of the 101 Freeway. The development provides additional rental residences and commercial space to the area, on nearly four acres of land.

An affordable housing project has been proposed at 901-941 East Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach. The project proposal includes the development of affordable housing for seniors, replacing a collection of small commercial buildings. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has approved the release of up to $24.3M in bond funding for the construction of the mixed-use project. Mercy Housing of California is the project sponsor. Studio One Eleven is responsible for the design concepts.
