Hotel Proposed for 1155 South Olive Street, in Downtown Los Angeles

Work remains stalled at 1155 South Olive Street, in Downtown Los Angeles. Developers Mack Urban and AECOM Capital last resubmitted plans in 2018, and received financial incentives in 2019 from the city, but permits have yet to be filed. When completed, the site will bring a new hotel to the area, which the City estimates will generate $34.6 million in net new revenue for the City, including construction, during the first 25 years of operation.
