Developers have successfully broken ground at 2903 Lincoln Boulevard, Los Angeles for developing a mixed-use project. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story building with residential units, commercial space, and a parking garage.
Levels are rising at 100 South Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles. The project is entitled “The Grand,” and includes plans for two highrise buildings as well as a park. The privately-owned real estate firm behind the project is Related Companies, which is headquartered in New York and owns developments across the United States, as well as in Abu Dhabi and London.
Excavation has started at 520 South Mateo Street. The project is in development by Carmel Partners, a firm with offices from Hawaii to New York. The building aims to be the first high-rise in Los Angeles’ historic Arts District.
The exterior of The Kurve on Wilshire, at 2801 West Sunset Place, is nearly finished. The project is being developed by Hankey Investment Company, which has a 35 year track record in Southern California. The $300M, mixed-use, highrise development will feature luxury rental apartments and retail in the 2900 block of Wilshire Boulevard in Koreatown.
On January 14, 2021 the city of Los Angeles approved the construction of a mixed use building with the intention of serving as a space for visual and performing artists which will include office suites and self storage units. Located at 5458 North Vineland Avenue, North Hollywood this new construction will serve as a new hub of the ever growing Los Angeles art scene. The project is derived from the minds of 1784 Capital Holdings who want to aid the needs of artists of all levels and skill sets.
