The project proposal includes the construction of four buildings with housing, retail, and office spaces. A retail store will be demolished for the project to move forward. Century City-based firm LaTerra Development is the project developer. Urban Architecture Lab is managing the design concepts and construction.

The project replaced a surface parking lot at the southwest corner of Broadway and Magnolia Avenue. Ensemble Real Estate Investments is developing the project. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story building offering apartments and retail space. The project replaced a Fred Segal store. Witkoff and New Valley LLC have teamed up to develop the project. Koning Eizenberg Architecture is managing the design concepts and construction.
The massive development, entitled “Teal Club,” remains on the boards for the City of Oxnard. The proposal is by Borchard Property Co-Owners. Plans call for 990 new dwelling units and 60,000 square feet of commercial space.
A new project has been proposed in Oxnard, entitled Avalon Homes. Oxnard Dunes, LLC is the applicant. The site would develop part of the property bordered by Harbor Boulevard and West Fifth Street, north of the existing Oxnard Dunes Subdivision. The site is currently vacant and undeveloped land, made of disturbed sand surfaces, as well as native and invasive plants.
