A large-scale mixed-use project is all set to take a step forward at 3401 La Cienega Boulevard in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a building offering office, residential, and retail spaces, replacing a public storage facility on the site. Australian real estate and construction firm Aware Super and Lendlease are the project developers. SHoP Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

The Hollywood Arts Collective is continuing to rise, at 1630 North Schrader Boulevard, in Hollywood. It is now four stories, over halfway to the full height, which will be seven levels. The anticipated project will bring much needed assistance to creatives in the area by providing low income housing, along with amenities geared towards the arts. The Actors Fund and Thomas Safran & Associates are behind the project.

The project proposal includes the development of a six-story mixed-use building offering residential and commercial spaces. The new building will replace a burnt-out commercial building.
