A mixed use development has been approved for 299 East Main Street, in Ventura. Real Investments is the developer behind the project, which, according to their website, is pending sale. The development will bring 24 new units, including four set aside for low-income housing, and 3,900 square feet of commercial space to the only empty lot on the Downtown Core Main Street. It has been titled “Anacapa Courts.”
A proposed storage facility located at 13260 Maclay Street in Sylmar, Los Angeles will now include apartments units. The project proposal includes the construction of a 200,000 square-foot development. The project site is already developed with a 22-unit apartment complex slated for demolition. Redondo Beach-based Trojan Storage is the project applicant. San Clemente-based Jordan Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

The project proposal includes the development of a complex offering housing and commercial space. 3MR Capital and The John Buck Company are the project developers and have scored a $34-million loan for the project. Culver City-based wHY Architecture and AO are responsible for the design concepts.
Vertical construction is complete and exterior finishes are starting to be revealed at 3525 West 8th Street in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering residential and retail spaces. Cal-Coast Development and Rescore are the project developers. Nadel Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
3013 East Cochran Street is set to start opening in early 2022. The project will begin showing model housing starting January 8th, according to signage posted on the property. Lennar Homes is the developer behind the project, which will bring 164 new residences to the area, along with 6,000 square feet of commercial space.
