RIOS is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

The project proposal includes redeveloping the site into a multifamily housing complex with office space. The site currently houses a self-storage facility that is slated for demolition. Australian real estate and investment firms Lendlease and Aware Super are developing the project. Documents show Lendlease purchased the project site for approximately $90 million six months ago. New York-based firm The SHoP Architects is responsible for the design concept and construction.

Apple is the new tenant, and has recently announced plans to bring 3000 new employees to Culver City by 2026 by “expanding its state-of-the-art campus with additional space for these employees and more.” Apple currently hosts its Apple TV headquarters out of Los Angeles.
