Design changes have been published in new renderings for a mixed-use proposed at 710 Broadway in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering retail and residential spaces. Plans call for the redevelopment and replacement of a Vons supermarket just north of the E Line. Related California is the project developer. LARGE Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.
After nine months, a new mixed-use project has finished construction at 7673 Melrose Avenue in Fairfax, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a three-story structure offering residential spaces, retail space, and onsite parking. 7673 Melrose Avenue LLC is the project developer. Lahmon Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
A development has been proposed at 1 Baxter Way, in Thousand Oaks. The site is currently a 386,500 square foot office building that was approved in the late 70’s as headquarters for Prudential Insurance Company. The current owner, Kennedy Wilson, proposes splitting the 43 acre property into two lots, a 34 acre lot with another at 9 acres.
299 Thousand Oaks Boulevard is taking shape, in Thousand Oaks. The project was approved by the city council in 2018, and is expected to open in 2022. The Latigo Group is the developer behind the project, which will bring new luxury apartments, and some commercial space to the area.
A large mixed use development has been planned for 1872 Newbury Road, in Thousand Oaks. The 10 acre lot, at the South East corner of Newbury & East Kelley Roads, is near the 101 freeway. Designs will include 45,500 square feet of open space, made of several plazas.
