Hollywood To Welcome a New Mixed-Use Building On Argyle Avenue and Selma Street

A vacant commercial building will soon provide housing to Hollywood residents. A mixed-use project at 1546 North Argyle Avenue and 6224 West Selma Street has been approved to take shape from the longtime base of Ametron Electronics. The project proposal consists of the construction of a seven-story building with residential units, retail space, and a subterranean parking garage.
Mill Creek Residential Trust is going to develop this project. AC Martin is managing the design concepts and construction.

Sawtelle-based firm Wiseman Residential is seeking approvals for developing a new mixed-use development at 10610-10628 West Venice Boulevard in Palms, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use development featuring an apartment complex and restaurant space. The development is said to replace an auto repair shop, a dentist’s office, and four apartments.

Apartment Complex Planned At 5001 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles

An eight-story apartment complex is planned at 5001 Wilshire Boulevard in Hancock Park. The project proposal includes the construction of 242 residential units and the demolition of a strip mall. The retail center that will be replaced was built in the 1980s at the northwest corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Highland Avenue. Pacific Springs LLC is the developer property owner. TCA Architects is managing the design concept and construction of the project.
