5627 Fernwood Avenue is at mid height, in Hollywood. It has been titled “Ardence and Bloom.” The project, by PATH Ventures, will bring 60 new units to the area, all of which will be low income housing. The triangular site is adjacent to the Hollywood Freeway.
A new large-scale residential building could soon be seen at 2601-2645 Lincoln Boulevard in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale residential complex, replacing a Gelson’s store on the site. Plans call for the demolition of the retail store on the site. SanMon, Inc, an affiliate of Balboa Retail Partners, is the project developer. Cypress Equity Investments is also a part of the project development team. Koning Eizenberg is responsible for the design concepts.
Hanover Hollywood has opened a waiting list and released more interior details. Final touches are finishing up on the exterior. The property is located at 6200 West Sunset Boulevard, in Hollywood, next to the iconic Aquarius Theater. Hanover Company is the developer behind the project.
A new development has been proposed for 6266 West Sunset Boulevard, in Hollywood. Plans call for demolishing a few smaller single story structures on the block, and replacing them with a larger, mixed use building. The site currently houses a 19-story adaptive re-use residential tower, with ground floor retail, which will stay, and the rest of the project will be built in a loosely “L” shape around it.
Vertical construction can be seen for a proposed mixed-use project at 178 South Euclid Avenue in Pasadena. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story mixed-use complex offering residential spaces, retail spaces, and onsite parking. Toledo Homes is the project developer. Onyx Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
