A small mixed use complex has been approved for 140 Palm Drive, in Oxnard. Lizette Elenes, of ERA Architects is listed as the project representative. The site is currently a gated and paved lot with a couple of storage units.
An 87 unit, mixed use building has been approved for 217-235 East Sixth Street, in Oxnard. Many Mansions, a nonprofit developer, is behind the project. They received a $1.25 million loan from the Oxnard City Council to help complete the project, along with funding from a variety of other sources, such as Section 8 Vouchers and conventional construction and permanent loans.
A new residential unit has almost reached completion at 6901 Santa Monica Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story structure featuring residential and commercial spaces. Onni Group is the project developer. Roschen Van Cleve Architects is responsible for the design concepts. Enns Gauthier Landscape Architects is the landscape architect.
A new mixed use building has been approved for 800 South A Street, in Oxnard. It has been titled “Billboard Lofts.” The plan is the first to be approved under the new Major Downtown Design Review Permit. JBGR Investments is listed as the developer.
