Located across the street from the SpaceX headquarters, a new apartment complex has reached completion at 12540 Crenshaw Boulevard in Hawthrone, Los Angeles. The project includes two five-story buildings with residential units and commercial space. Texas-based Dinerstein Companies is the project developer preparing the development for the market. Steinberg Hart is managing the design concepts and construction.
A mixed-use housing project is completed for a site located at 3815-3821 West Avenue 43, Eagle Rock Boulevard, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use building with apartments, on-site parking, and space for commercial use. Local real estate developer, Schon Tepler Group is the project developer. Architect Sammie Tabrizi is managing the design concepts and construction.
“The Roy,” at 33644 Overland Avenue, has opened in Palms. Anejo Development and Griffin Opportunities collaborated in the development of the site, which used to have several smaller residential buildings. The property is now much denser, with added retail space.
Large-scale residential development is under construction in the Little Saigon District, Westminster. The project proposal includes the construction of 200 apartments. The project broke ground in March 2020 and now wood framing can be seen above the street level. The development is a part of a bigger project named Bolsa Row. KTGY Architecture + Planning is managing the design concepts and construction. RD Olson Construction is the project developer.
“Upper Ivy” has recently started accepting residents, at 8809 Washington Boulevard, as part of the latest phased opening of the Ivy Complex in Culver City, Los Angeles. WarnerMedia partially uses the massive $350 million project, and Apple recently builds its new complex directly across National Boulevard.
