299 Thousand Oaks Boulevard is taking shape, in Thousand Oaks. The project was approved by the city council in 2018, and is expected to open in 2022. The Latigo Group is the developer behind the project, which will bring new luxury apartments, and some commercial space to the area.
A large mixed use development has been planned for 1872 Newbury Road, in Thousand Oaks. The 10 acre lot, at the South East corner of Newbury & East Kelley Roads, is near the 101 freeway. Designs will include 45,500 square feet of open space, made of several plazas.
Rendering have been revealed for a new mixed-use project proposed at 4421-4437 Crenshaw Boulevard in Hyde Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story building with retail and residential spaces. Plans call for the redevelopment of small commercial buildings on the site into multifamily housing and retail spaces. Local firm Treehouse is the project developer. Architects Orange (AO) is responsible for the design concepts.
New renderings have been released for 151 South Olive Street, in Downtown Los Angeles. The long anticipated project will realize the vision of legendary Frank Gehry, who also designed the Disney Concert Hall, across the street. Residents are expected to start moving in in early 2022, according to a website dedicated to the site by developer Related Companies.
A new mixed use project is planned for 3700 Riverside Drive, in Burbank. The state review period is expected to end in the middle of January, 2022. If approved, it will bring 49 new units to the area, as well as some commercial space. Toledo Homes is the developer behind the proposal.
